Prize draw terms & conditions

1. The promoter

This prize draw is promoted by Mike Stephenson, trading as Arden Pen Co, 64 Pickford Green Lane, Allesley, Coventry CV5 9AQ (“the promoter”).

2. Who can enter

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding the promoter and their immediate family. One entry per person per show.

3. How to enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Drop a card in the entry bowl at the stand, or scan the code on the table and complete the short online form, at any show where a prize draw is running. Entries submitted any other way, or after the closing time announced at the stand on the day, won’t be counted.

4. The prize

One bespoke pen, to a value of £150, made to a specification agreed between the promoter and the winner — your choice of material and fittings from what’s available at the time. There is no cash alternative, in whole or in part, and the prize can’t be transferred to anyone else before it’s been claimed.

5. The draw

One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received for that show, after the closing time announced at the stand. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw. If a winner doesn’t respond within fourteen days of being notified, the promoter may draw again.

6. Your data

Entry details are used only to run the draw and, if you win, to arrange the prize. If you also tick the separate signature list box, your email is added to that list too — but ticking it is never required to enter. See the privacy policy for how your data is handled.

7. General

The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the draw is final. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw where circumstances make this unavoidable. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
